Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl besan


  • 2 Onion's finely chopped


  • 2 boiled potatoes mashed


  • 1/2 bowl coriander leave's chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly pd


  • 2 green chilies chopped


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala pd


  • Oil for frying n 2 tsp for greasing


  • 2 tsp corn flour

Directions

  • In mixing bowl mix all ingredients except oil, potatoes n corn flour
  • Add water n make batter
  • Cover n Keep it fr 10 min
  • Heat a pan add besan batter n cook till it becomes a dough type constancy, but hd to keep straining continue
  • Keep in mixing bowl n add mashed potatoes, mix nicely when little cool
  • Add corn flour n mix well
  • Grease a tray or plate n spread mixture on it n press nicely n keep in fridge fr 10 min
  • Remove cut into pieces n deep fry them till golden brown color
  • Remove on tissue paper n sever hot with sauce or chutney
